-

WITH Halloween just around the corner, Ballycross Apple Farm located on the outskirts of Wexford Town is the destination for family fun at Halloween. Known for its award winning apple juice, Ballycross is home to the South East’s largest pumpkin patch offering big and small kids alike the chance to hand pick their pumpkin just in time for Halloween.

The festivities begin with a tractor & trailer ride to the Pumpkin Patch. Upon arrival, visitors are greeted by the resident Ballycross Witch and welcomed into the Witches Village. Kids can peek into the houses, catch a glimpse of the witches living quarters and even stir the cauldron. Then it’s on to the pumpkin patch where you get the chance to browse the Ballycross fields which are bursting with pumpkins. Perfect for carving or eating, visitors can pick their favourite to bring home and enjoy.

After a quick spin back to the main farmyard, guests can indulge in an array of treats and snacks. Choose from gourmet waffles or crepes, artisan ice-cream, fresh popcorn, hand-cut French Fries or Jane Russell artisan hotdogs.
