ARE you juggling work, school runs, lunches, uniforms, and after school activities? Are you feeling tired, stressed, or overwhelmed? Do you sometimes feel guilty because you were cross with the kids? I have been there, done that, and lived to tell the tale.

Flower Remedies have always helped me through life’s ups and downs. There are 38 flower remedies; you can choose up to six which can be mixed together in one bottle.

Here are a couple that might interest you. Olive is the classic flower to take when you are simply drained of energy. The tiredness can come from either physical or mental activity. Olive can be the extra helping hand to keep you going.

Elm is used when you feel that you cannot cope because you mostly feel overwhelmed by the sheer volume of things you have to do. As a result you may lack confidence in your ability when normally you would be quite capable.

Hornbeam is for when you procrastinate, you keep putting off doing things, or you’re constantly saying that you’ll ‘do it in a minute’ but you never seem to reach on the task. This is a great one to motivate you.

Pine is the one to use when you feel guilty. As parents, there are times when you might be cross or irritable or say something that you didn’t mean and then spend hours feeling guilty about this. Pine is a great one to help here.

Red Chestnut is for when you worry about your children, you worry that they’re ok at school, will they pass their exams, will they be ok on their own at college, and there are many fears and worries you can have about the welfare of your children. This can drain your energy. Red Chestnut can help you through the worrying times.

White Chestnut helps you deal with worry about things rather than people. It could be about finance, life in general, worrying thoughts that go around and around in your head all day. Worry that keeps you awake at night.

If you have a question about which flower remedy to choose call me at the shop or send me an email. I would be happy to help you choose the correct flower remedies.
