CLOTHES COLLECTION

Ballycanew National School are holding a clothes recycling collection on Monday, October 22, to help raise funds for the school. Please donate all your new and used men’s/women’s and children’s clean unwanted clothing, paired shoes, towels, belts, handbags, ties, lines, household textiles, stuffed toys etc. Please leave bags into GP hall on Friday, October 19, between 9 a.m. and 3 p.m. or before 9.30 a.m. on Monday, October 22. Please do not leave bags after 9.30 a.m. on the Monday morning. Thank you for your support.

BLOTTO RESULTS – There was no jackpot winner in the Ballygarrett Réalt na Mara GAA Club blotto draw on October 1. The numbers picked were 4, 10, 20 and 26. The €20 lucky-dip winners were Jean Prendergast; Shiela Cousins, Ballygarrett; Peter Hamilton, Ballygarrett; Megan Cahill, Kilmuckridge; David Doran, Pegs Bar. Five Free Tickets Winner: Róisín Kelly. This week’s jackpot rose to €18,000. Next draw in Oarklands on October 8.
