Motorist used mobile while driving

Using a mobile phone while driving through New Ross earned Brian Shortall (32), Main Street, Coolgreany, a fine of €120 imposed at the District Court in Wexford. The offence was detected at The Quays in New Ross on December 18 last year when Shortall was at the wheel of a Kildare registered truck.
