Talk on children’s anxiety

A free talk on understanding and managing children’s anxiety will take place in Byrne’s Books and Toys, Gorey, on Thursday, November 1, at 7 p.m.

The talk will be given by Carina McEvoy, author of ‘Sometimes I worry ... how about you?’, which is a children’s anxiety book. She is also the author of the support book for adults, ‘Sometimes my child worries ... what do I do?’.

The children’s book was launched in Gorey Library on September 20 and has received a lot of positive responses from parents.
