ALDI reopens after major refurbishment

-

ALDI IN Wexford Retail Park was closed for a short period recently while extensive refurbishment work was carried out on the store.

As part of Aldi’s €160m investment in its Irish network, the store has received a full makeover in line with the company’s award-winning Project Fresh design which was recognised at the 2017 Checkout National Retail Supplier Awards.

ALDI first opened its Wexford Retail Park store in March 2009. The town currently has three ALDI stores.

Speaking at the reopening, Stuart Grannell Store Manager at Aldi’s Wexford Retail Park store said: ‘Following extensive refurbishment work we are delighted to have reopened our new Project Fresh store. The whole Aldi team is looking forward to welcoming customers from the locality, both existing and new. We are confident our customers will find the new store provides a more enjoyable and spacious shopping experience.’
