CHRISTMAS LIGHTS

Our annual Christmas party and switch on of our Christmas lights is planned for Tuesday evening, December 11, when we’ll all be hoping to get a glimpse of Santa, enjoy local music and other festive events. WOMEN’S REFUGE FUNDRAISER

As this week sees the start of a 16-day awareness campaign by Wexford Women’s refuge, Monday Patchwork Quilters; a Gorey based group that includes members from Ballyduff, have made a Reversible Patchwork Throw which they will raffle on December 17 in aid of Wexford Women’s Refuge (An Garda Síochána permit granted).

21 line raffle Cards are available if anyone wishes to help raise funds at €2 per line or three lines for €5. If anyone would like to support this fundraiser please contact Paige at 085 7242637, Michelle at 087 8274447 or Cathy at 086 0807226.

LADIES’ CLUB

The ladies’ club meet on the second Wednesday of every month. Meeting in Clonee GAA Complex from 8 p.m. each month they try new things, listen to someone speaking about items of interest or giving demonstrat­ions, try an activity, make something new, go on outings or just come along for refreshmen­ts and a chat. New members are most welcome.
