OPERATION TRANSFORMA­TION

In partnershi­p with RTÉ’s Operation Transforma­tion the full lights will be on at the pitch from 7 p.m. to 9 p.m. every Thursday night, so everyone can enjoy a healthy walks in the safe, bright environs of the GAA club.

Pilgrimage to Lourdes – The annual diocesan pilgrimage to Lourdes takes place from May 11 to May 16. Each year we run a parish lottery draw to select a person to represent the parish of Craanford-Monaseed. Entry to the lottery costs €10 and is available before and after Masses in Craanford this weekend and for the next few weekends. The winning entry will be drawn at 10.30 a.m. Mass on Sunday, February 3. Your support is greatly appreciate­d.

‘Learn the basics’ With Pat Redmond six-week programme to teach every parent how to practice the basic hurling and camogie skills with your children at home. This will take place in the hall/complex every Tuesday Night for the next six weeks starting on January 29. It will only go ahead if we have sufficient numbers. Well done to club members on the Coláiste Bhríde junior camogie team who won Leinster final last week and great credit due to our club players on the Coláiste Bhríde under-16 hurling team who drew with Wexford CBS after extra time to force a replay.
