-

THE freshest of fish is available at wholesale prices at the newly refurbished Atlantis Seafoods just outside Wexford town.

Conveniently located at Standfield Business Park, Rosslare Road, Wexford, Atlantis Seafoods has been reeling in customers from near and far with its fish, most of which is caught off Kilmore Quay, for decades.

The 24 hour fish factory produces vast quantities of filleted fish, from monkfish to mackerel, cod to turbot, to suit all pallets.

The business was founded in the mid-Nineties and has grown from strength to strength, now supplying restaurants, hotels and supermarket chain outlets throughout the 32 counties.

Its 62 staff are committed to providing excellent quality, very affordable fish for their customers.

John Kenny and Mark O’Connor run a tight ship, ensuring their fish are always in stock, no matter what the weather outside.

Offering easy to re-heat ready-made fish suppers, which can be popped in the oven and baked for 20 minutes before being served up steaming hot, the business is branching into prepared vegetable trays for stir fry dishes and curries, and is expanding into offering a salad range also.

Always innovating and bursting with ideas, John, Mark and their team have a mouth-watering range of fish sauces and marinades for people to enjoy at dinnertime. Atlantis Seafoods have their own smoke house where they smoke their famous Kilmore Quay smoked salmon in the old tradional way using wood chip. Their highly trained staff can smoke everything from salmon to tuna to meet customer demands.

The new shop is spacious and bright and best of all staffed with excellent, knowledgeable staff Vilma, Mario and Zita, who can advise you about how to cook your fish and on which type of fish to choose for that perfect dinner.

With 60 years of seafood experience between them, the staff team of Vilma, Mario and Zita know what they’re talking about and best of all their cooking advice is free!

Whether it’s for a special occasion or an easy to prepare midweek meal, fish is always a light, healthy option, perfect for cooking and eating during the late spring, summer months, but equally good during the colder autumn, spring and winter months, being packed

with vitamins and nutrients.

The fish and shellfish is caught locally and over the past 25 years, Atlantis Seafoods has supported numerous local fishing families. Their crab meat and crab claws are sourced from Rosslare, while their white fish all comes from Kilmore Quay, a village synonymous throughout the country with top quality seafood.

Such is the demand for Atlantis Seafoods’ products that they are stocked in Dunnes Stores supermarkets nationally, as well as in Musgraves Supervalu, Tesco, Aldi and Lidl. This includes their famous Kilmore Quay range of products . Their Dunnes Stores, Redmond Square outlet will be open a year in July and demand continues to grow for their sensational seafood.
