Thank you to all who donated prizes, bought tickets for and supported the Cabaret in the Cloch Ban and to Kiss My Grass for the fantastic music. Funds raised will go towards a new reading programme for all school students.

SPLIT-THE-POT
The winner of this week’s splitthe-pot, Drawn in the Cloch Ban, was Margo Doyle Coolnacon, The pot was €232 All proceeds help with the maintenance and development of the village. We appreciate very much the people who support us.
COMMUNITY GAMES
Well done to the Bree-Davidstown Cloughbawn team of Oisin Harte, Nathan Doyle, George Murphy, Matthew Jordan, Fergal Doyle, Luke Doyle and Mark Smith, who finished third in the county final of the under-13 Community Games Draughts competition in Piercestown recently. Martin Humphrey was their coach.
Best wishes to all local participants involved in art, Handwriting, Mini Rugby and quiz county finals coming up shortly.
