TINA 20 YEARS IN BUSINESS

To mark 20 years in business Tina’s Hair Salon would like to invite customers, friends and family to drop into the hair salon on Saturday, May 4, from 6 p.m. to help her celebrate this milestone. She would like to say a special thanks to all her customers over the last 20 years.

SCHOOL NEWS

Green School – Work is continuing in the school. Events in April are the An Taisce Spring Clean Day and Used small battery collection details below.

National Spring Clean Day – Thanks to all the parents who came and helped out with our National Spring Clean Day. It was a beautiful sunny Spring day and the pupils collected serveral bags of rubbish around the village and school grounds.

Scholastic Book Fair – Thanks to all the parents and pupils who purchased books at our book fair last week. It was a huge success.

Congratula­tions to Saturday, April 6, winners of the split-thepot, Fiona and Winnie, prize money was €205. Congratula­tions, girls. Thanks to everyone for their continue support.

There was no winner of last week’s jackpot; weeks winning numbers were 1, 2, 11 and 15. Har Lee, Nora Byrne matched three numbers.

COURTOWN COLOUR RUN 2019.
