Ciara Larkin was the star player throughout. The Men’s ‘A’ team were also at home, playing host to table topping North End in a five goal thriller. Jamie DempseyDoyle had us two goals ahead nearing the half-time whistle but North End pulled one back just before the break. Two quick goals after the restart saw them pull ahead but despite some great attacking play our lads never managed to pull level again. The understrength ‘B’ team were away to Shamrock Rovers and lost heavily.
