Confirmation season kicks off in Wexford
HUNDREDS of sixth class children will be making their Confirmation in ceremonies beginning this Friday, February 28 in Catholic churches throughout the diocese.
Bishop Denis Brennan will officiate at the majority of the Confirmation Masses in parishes around the county while local priests will conduct some of the services.
Bishop Brennan will confirm children in Ballymore on Friday at 11 a.m. in Caroreigh on Saturday, February 29 at 11 a.m., Ballymurn on Tuesday, March 3 at 11 a.m., Crossabeg on Tuesday, March 3 at 2 p.m., Craanford on Wednesday, March 4 at 11 a.m., Monaseed on Wednesday, March 4 at 2 p.m., Murrintown on Thursday, March 5 at 11 a.m. and St. Aidan’s Cathedral on Frdiay, March 6 at 12 noon.
