‘I am delighted that, after a prolonged process, the design teams for both schools have met,’ said Chief Executive of WWETB Kevin Lewis.
‘Both design teams are represented by companies with excellent records in school building projects. We very much look forward to the completion of these fantastic new facilities for our students and staff at WWETB.’
‘Providing our learners and staff with fit-for-purpose facilities is one of the core elements of our Strategic Statement and is in line with WWETB’s vision to lead learning through the delivery of high quality, inclusive, responsive and innovative education and training services in our community.’
He added that the WWETB was delighted with the support they had received from Wexford County Council and that he’s looking forward to working closely with Principals James Murphy in Bunclody and Adrian Power in Bridgetown.
