Enterprise Award for Dulann Ltd
DULANN Ltd, a software business that provides e-learning solutions from Wexford, is this year’s winner of the Wexford Enterprise Award for 2020, the Local Enterprise Office (LEO) Wexford has announced.
Dulann took the top prize of €1,000 and will now represent LEO Wexford at the 22nd National Enterprise Awards in the Mansion House in Dublin in May.
Dulann.com provides complete e-learning solutions via a cost-effective cloud platform to organisations and government departments that wish to significantly reduce training costs and at the same time improve customer service and operational standards.
The company brings together over 40 years of management experience and was co-founded by Damian Donlon and Matthias Kausch. They currently employ seven staff.
Dulann will be competing against 30 other finalists from every local authority area for a share of the €40,000 prize fund as national judging gets under way in April. The categories this year include ‘Best Export Business’, ‘Future Focus’ and ‘Innovation’, in addition to eight regional awards. In 2019, Harte Outdoor Lighting of New Ross won the South East Regional Award.
‘For the past two decades, the National Enterprise Awards have celebrated homegrown success stories, putting their achievements into the national spotlight’, said Liz Hore, Head of Enterprise with LEO Wexford.
‘We are delighted to be represented by Dulann Ltd, yet another homegrown success story. We were particularly impressed by their business strategy and their success in both the domestic and export markets and we wish them continued success with their expansion plans,’ she said.
Local Enterprise Week is organised by the Local Enterprise Offices and supported by Enterprise Ireland, local authorities and the government.
