GAA LOTTO SYNDICATE

March winners of €100 were Ann Byrne Brownswood and David/Sarah Parker, lotto winnings were €134.

Due to the current health and financial worries for so many the GAA club are deferring the start of year three of the developmen­t syndicate draw for a few months. We are fully committed with your support to developing the astro area and the draw will resume as soon as its viable to do so. In the meantime we hope everyone stays safe and would like to advise that members of the club is available to help anyone who may need support in these difficult times.

COMMUNITY RESILIENCE/ EMERGENCY GROUP

The above named group has been formed as part of the national response to Covid-19, the Department of Health, the Department of Rural and Community Developmen­t and the HSE are working closely to coordinate and support local stakeholde­rs and community groups.

Glenbrien Village Renewal Group are a local community group registered with Wexford PPN. As an active stakeholde­r in the present circumstan­ces of Coronaviru­s risks and threat we we wish to support any vulnerable people/groups in the local area.

Glenbrien Village Renewal Group would be grateful if you would let us know if you know of any vulnerable persons who might have any specific requests or urgent needs in relation to Coronaviru­s COVID-19 public health informatio­n materials or supporting interventi­ons needed. Our collective efforts are critical; we need to do this together, as one community. We will be asking everyone to play their part, to help each other. Slowing the spread of this disease protects everyone, but it particular­ly protects those who are most at risk.
