GAA Gambing Awareness Campaign ‘Reduce the Odds’ As part of the GAAs on-going work in the area of health and wellbeing, problem gambling is becoming a growing concern not just for GAA players but for many other sporting organisati­ons and for the wider community. For many it is a social activity, a bit of fun but for a small few it becomes an addiction a silent addiction which makes it harder to seek help. The GAAs gambling awareness campaign, ‘Reduce the Odds’, aims to protect the wellbeing of its GAA members. TIDY TOWNS.

The Tidy Towns Committee are seeking to support of all our community in helping to keep our village tidy by picking up all rubbish in the vicinity of your own home, and also by helping in the watering of the flowers and flower beds in particular.

Unfortunat­ely, because of the present circumstan­ces that prevail, the local community helpers cannot do what they were doing heretofore, so please help as best you can in keeping our village neat and tidy.
