Four-year driving ban

KRZYSZTOF Ryl, Graiguemore, Bunclody, incurred a motor insurance conviction and ban imposed at the District Court after he was involved in a road accident at Ryland Road.

The 45-year-old accused came to the attention of Garda Martin Kehoe who attended the scene of the collision between two cars on the night of November 15 last.

Ryl admitted that he had been driving at time of the crash and that he had no insurance.

Judge Brian O’Shea learned further that the defendant had past convictions for drink driving and for being on the road without insurance cover.

The latest offence earned him a fine of €500 and four years off the road.
