Uninsured and drunk driving

INSURANCE and drink drive convictions came with a four year driving ban for Sinead Bergin, 19 Ferndale Terrace, Coolcotts when her case was finalised at her local District Court.

She was prosecuted after being seen driving erratically at O’Leary Road on July 7 last.

She had no insurance in place (fine €100) and she was over the limit for alcohol (fine €100).
