RTÉ COMES TO CRAANFORD NS

Ms Cousins fifth and sixth class have been working extremely hard for the past couple of weeks, learning all about sharks in Irish waters through their own research in class and alongside the Marine Institute in Galway under the guidance of Padraic Creedon.

The children learned through zoom videos with the Marine Institute, their own research and lesson planning. They then took on the projects with great enthusiasm and showed an inspirational love of learning throughout the

preparations and learning experience.

On Friday, October 9, RTÉ News2day filmed all of the children’s projects in school along with individual interviews and a fun-packed day provided by the Marine Institute. Children were beyond excited and really and truly enjoyed themselves.

They were all a credit to themselves, their parents/guardians and the school. It was a very memorable and enjoyable day for all involved. We hope you enjoy seeing us on TV Next stop Broadway.

The Parent Toddler Group is not Returning in October.
