CHRISTMAS LIGHTS APPEAL

The Ballycanew Christmas lights committee are asking for your help to save the Christmas Lights in Ballycanew. Over the past 11years the committee have been able to put up and maintain the light with minimal fundrasising to cover basic operational costs such as new light bulbs, teleporters, rope lights for the tree and bringing Santa to the village. This year they are hoping to raise €5,000 to upgrade the system and keep the lights in the village. They would like to ask for a little extra help from the community and it would be greatly appreciated any contributions made to this cause.
