The parents’ associatio­n would like to wish everyone a wonderful summer holiday. Thank you for all the support throughout the year. Our recent clothes collection took in €203 and our annual Raffle, Coffee Morning and Cake Sale made an amazing €1,985.

We would like to thank all the sponsors for our raffle; Old McDonnells Farm, Killowen Yogurts, Marie Bohan, Shay Hayden, Cartons Camolin, Ed Whelan Pharmacy, Roches Buses and members of the PA. SYMPATHY

Sincere sympathy is extended to the family of the late Mick Gahan RIP, of Ballymore Eustace, Co. Kildare and formerly of Mullaunrea­gh, who died peacefully in Naas General Hospital on Wednesday, July 13. His remains were removed to the Church of the Immaculate Conception, Ballymore Eustace on Friday the 15th. for Requiem Mass at 11 a.m. and were buried in St. Mary’s Cemetery, Ballymore Eustace afterwards.

The Monageer/Boolavogue GAA lotto jackpot has been increased to €7,100 for the next draw which takes place tonight, Tuesday, July 19, in the New Clubhouse at 9.30 p.m. The numbers drawn out in the last draw were 13, 15, 18 and 25. While noone had all four Evan and Kyle Ivory and A Palmer had three and shared the €160 ‘ match-three’ prize.
