CHURCH CHOIR
St Moling’s church choir has resumed. Singers and musicians of all ages are welcome. New members of all ages welcome. For further information please contact Fr Orr at 087 7538684 or Ann at 087 2619495.
AED UNIT
An AED Unit was installed at O’Connors Garage in June of last year. At present 10 members of the community have been trained to use this. This is a life saving device, which should be used with the intent it is meant for, Instructions on how to access the device are located on the storage box, which will involve contacting the Ambulance Service, who have the code.
The Lights Committee encourage all members of the community to get CPR Training. If you require help, staff at the following locations have been trained to use this device: O’Connors Garage, Tina’s Hair Salon, The Ramble Inn, Goslins and Percival’s.
SPLIT THE POT
Congratulations to the last winner of split-the-pot, Eamon O’Grady, prize was €379. Don’t forget envelopes are on sale in all outlets in the village. The light committee would like to thank everyone who has supported the draw to date. Draw takes place every Saturday night.
ST PATRICK’S GAA LOTTO
There was no winner of the jackpot on Monday, September 12; winning numbers were 5, 17, 21 and 22; four matched three numbers to each receive €50: Tommy Fortune, S\O Besanson, Mary O’Brien, Mick and Mary Purcell.
