LOTTO

There was no jackpot winner and no match-three winner in the St Mary’s Church lotto in associatio­n with St Joseph’s Soccer Club. Next jackpot €5,850. Tickets €2. Next draw is on September 26 in the Crosses at 10 p.m.

VARIETY SHOW

Kilmuckrid­ge Drama Group are holding a Variety Show (including the Prickly Rose Contest) in the Upton Court Hotel on Saturday, October 8, at 8.30 p.m. There will be sketches, singing, dancing, music and much more. There is also a Door Prize of two nights stay in the Kilkenny Ormond Hotel, Doors open at 8 p.m., tickets €10.

LATE MARGARET DUNNE

Sympathy is extended to the family of the late Mrs Margaret Dunne Seaview Court, Kilmuckrid­ge. Beloved wife of the late Jimmy deeply regretted and sadly missed by her sons Gregory, Leslie, Andrew and Adrian, Grandchild­ren, daughters-in-law brothers Noel and Brian, nephews, nieces, extended family and friends. Parent and Toddler mornings have re-started and will take place every Thursday morning at 10 a.m. to midday in the prefab in St Joseph’s National School Kilmuckrid­ge. €3 per parent. All our welcome to join.
