‘UNDERPASS STRICTLY’

The stage is up and clothes are being sourced for the dance event of the year. The Dancers this year are working hard to perfect steps and routines before they compete against Clonee. Tripping the light fantastic will be James Hempenstal­l and Emma Ryan, Michael Doyle and Sorcha Kenny, Oliver Doran and Lorraine Doyle, Hugh Kenny and Kayla Smith, Patrick Kavanagh and Catriona Graham, Ciaran Kenny and Louise Redmond, Tom McCormack and Mary Louise Doyle, Paddy Doyle and Molly Tobin, Derek and Siobhán Finn. Many thanks to them for giving so generously of their time in support of this project.

Their dance night is on Saturday, October 15, in the Ashdown Park Hotel and your support for these dancers would be greatly appreciate­d. If you can help with hair or make up on the night please let us know.

Craanford National School parents’ associatio­n AGM will be held on Monday, November 7, in Craanford Community centre at 8.30 p.m.

COFFEE MORNING

There will be a coffee morning on Friday, September 30, 9 a.m. to 12.30 p.m. in Murphys Kilanerin. The Kilanerin ICA Tapestry will be on display. Excellent raffle prizes and crafts for sale.

CIRCUIT TRAINING

Circuit training with Cathal is ongoing in Kilanerin Sports Centre on Monday from 7 p.m. to 8 p.m. and Wednesday 7 p.m. to 8 p.m. Suitable for men and women of all ages and fitness levels. Cost is €5 per night. Contact Cathal at 086 0735398.
