Women’s Premier Division

Seaview United 2, Adamstown F.C. 2: Adamstown got off to a flying start and were 2-0 up midway through the first-half courtesy of two Marcella Cullen goals.

Seaview were much better in the second-half and goals from Méabh Kehoe and Eimear Mullan had them level, but some good defending from Adamstown saw them leave Duncannon with a well-earned point. Women’s Division 1

Kilmore United 1, North End United 4: North End moved clear at the top of the division after they travelled to Kilmore and came away with all three points courtesy of a 4-1 win.

Cora Miller scored for the home side but a Martina Pender hat-trick and a goal from Kim Walker gave North End their third win in a row.

All Blacks 0, Corach Ramblers 3: Corach picked up their first win of the season in the league when they travelled to leaders All Blacks and came away 3-0 winners.

Sara Byrne scored twice with Nellie Walsh also finding the net in a good overall team performance.

Bree United 8, Piltown F.C. 0: The home side picked up their first win of the season when they totally overran Piltown, knocking in eight without reply and moving into a group of four teams on three points in what promises to be a very competitive division.

Lauren Sinnott, Louise Butler, Coley Furlong and Justine Spratt-Murphy all scored one each, while Shonagh Spratt-Murphy and Jenny Duggan added two apiece. Women’s Division 2A

St. Leonards 2, Cloughbawn A.F.C. 4: Cloughbawn made it three wins from three and sit top of the table after this hard-fought 4-2 win away in Ballycullane. New Ross Town 1, St. Joseph’s 4: St. Joseph’s remain in contention for the title after they travelled to New Ross Town and came away with the three points courtesy of a 4-1 win.

Sinéad Ryan scored a penalty for Town but two goals from Tracey McCormack and one each from Emer O’Leary and Michelle Gahan gave St. Joseph’s victory. Women’s Division 2B

Courtown Hibs 7, Wexford Bohs 0: The home side made it two wins from two games when they overcame a spirited Wexford Bohs with seven goals to spare.

Seaview United ‘B’ 3, Shelburne A.F.C. 1: Seaview’s second team have found some form in recent weeks and recorded their second win of the league when overcoming Shelburne 3-1.

Emer Murphy scored for the visitors but two goals from Eimear Whelan and one from Ali Staats gave the home side victory.

Bunclody A.F.C. 2, Rosslare Rangers 2: These sides remain unbeaten after this 2-2 draw and sit first and second in the table.

Rangers took the lead through Laura Doyle but Bunclody went ahead thanks to goals from Rebecca Murphy and Britney Conroy. They looked to have done enough until Lauren Barry scored with two minutes to go to earn the visitors a point. Women’s Division 3

Bridge Rovers 3, Ajax Athletic 1: The home side moved up the table after they eventually overcame a dogged Ajax side to earn three points.

Sophie Savage was on target for the Enniscorthy girls but two goals from Sinéad Ronan and one from Deirdre Byrne gave Rovers the win.

Fastnet Rovers 2, St. Cormac’s 0: Rovers lost their opening two games of the season but got back to winning ways when they overcame St. Cormac’s 2-0 in what is shaping up to be a very competitive division.
