New Year brings staff changes at the Council
IT’S all change at council buildings from today (Tuesday) as a number of staff changes come into effect.
Padraig O’Gorman who had been district manager for the Enniscorthy Municipal District is being transferred to the housing department of Wexford County Council while Liz Hore who had been with the housing department will be the new Enniscorthy District Manager.
Sean Kavanagh who had been Senior Executive Engineer with planning and building control is the new senior engineer for Wexford Borough district while Craig Innes who had been in that role will move to planning and building control.
George Colfer who had been working as executive engineer with water services is being transferred to environment while Martina Donoghue who had been an administrative officer with water services is transferring to housing.
Administrative officer Anthony Bailey is transferring from housing to property while administrative officer Mick McCormack is being promoted from roads in the New Ross Municipal District to the roads department of the county council.
Senior staff officer Helen Meehan is moving on promotion from procurement to housing while senior staff officer Caroline Creane is moving on promotion from planning to housing.
Senior staff officer Alice Kelly is moving on promotion from personnel to motor tax while senior staff officer Peader McDonald is transferring from motor tax to planning.
Senior staff officers Sean Ka- vanagh and Kathleen Morris are transferring from planning and Wexford Borough District to housing and general purposes/ franchise respectively.
Senior staff officers Adrienne Larkin and Anita McLoughlin are transferring from property and general purposes/franchise to general purpose/franchise and customer services project respectively.
Staff officers Siobhan Lynn, Susan Doran, Helen Frayne and Ann Marie Laffan are moving on promotion from housing, housing, roads and planning to rates, personnel, planning and community respectively.
Staff officer Claude Clancy has been appointed to New Ross Municipal District from finance and staff officer Philip Knight is moving on promotion from arts to procurement.
Angela Lawless is being reassigned from credit control in Enniscorthy to area housing in Enniscorthy while Joan Murphy has been reassigned from area housing in Enniscorthy to Wexford Municipal District.
All moves will take effect from Tuesday, January 3.
