14 CLUB

The 14 Club in Ballygarre­tt has changed its reopening date to Thursday, February 2, at 7.30 p.m. in the hall. All welcome.

RÉALT NA MARA GAA

Ballygarre­tt Réalt na Mara GAA Club will hold a medal presentati­on on Saturday, February 11, for our successful under-14 girls football team, minor ladies’ football team, under-16 boys hurling team, under-21 football team (2015 and 2016 district champions), junior football district champions and junior hurling league winners. Camogie - under-6 and under-8 training is commencing in February in our school of camogie on Fridays at 6 p.m. till 6.45 p.m. indoors in the clubhouse. This is a fun based camogie session for all girls born after 2009. Junior section for total new beginners. Contact Lisa Smyth at 086 8121739 for informatio­n. Start date to be confirmed soon.

Blotto Draw - There was no winner in last week’s draw. The numbers picked were: 4, 6, 8, 29. The €20 lucky dip winners were: Geraldine and Nuala Redmond; Diarmuid Dunbar; Anna Maria Kennelly; Shane and Imel- da; Chris Jackson. The five free tickets winners were Andy and Patrick Óg Naughter. This week’s jackpot rose to €9,200. Blotto tickets can be purchased in local pubs and shops and are also available from club members.
