DRAMA FESTIVAL

The 59th annual three Act Drama Festival drew to a close on Saturday night last, after nine nights of entertainment. The event was a huge success and there was an excellent demand for seats, playing to full houses almost every night.

The festival also welcomed back to Kilmuckridge for a second time, Adjudicator Mr Jim Wolstencroft, who was last here in 2013. Jim expressed his delighted to be back again, and to be part of a festival which has such a strong and vibrant theatrical tradition.

The organisers would like would like to say a big thank you to their nightly sponsors who play a very important role in the smooth running of the festival, and to the diehard drama fans who came out for the entire nine nights.
