CLONEE LADIES’ FOOTBALL

We will be holding a table quiz in the Courtyard, Ferns on May 19 at 9 p.m., to help raise funds for our Féile trip to Fermanagh. Tables cost €40. There will also be some great raffle prizes on the night.

RECYCLE INFO EVENING

Cliona Connolly of Wexford County Council will be visiting our community to talk all about recycling and to help get rid of any confusion on what can and can’t go into our bins on Mon evening May 22 in Clonee GAA Complex. Approx 1/3 of items recycled in Ireland ends up in landfill due to contamination at present so we need to try a little harder. We hope everyone will make a huge effort to attend on the night. Refreshments will be served. Follow us on Facebook for more info.

DEVELOPMENT GROUP

We meet from 7.30 p.m. on Monday evenings to work on this year’s projects and tidy our village. There is a lot of work to be done so all help would be very much appreciated. Follow us on Facebook and on ballyduffvillage.com website. We are asking homeowners to continue cleaning the stretch of road 20 meters on both sides of your property as we continue to work to keep our roads litter-free.

SCHOOL ENROLMENT

Enrolment forms for September 2017 are available from the school office between 9.30 a.m. and 12.30 p.m. We would be very grateful if you might mention this to anybody you know or live near who might have a child of school going age. Over the next couple of years we will have large classes graduating and so it is very im- portant to our school to maintain a healthy enrolment.

LADIES’ CLUB

The Ladies’ Club will meet next on the second Wednesday in June in Ballyduff NS when we look forward to seeing everyone again and hopefully some new faces too.
