HOLY HOUR: A Holy Hour with Exposition of Blessed Sacrament will take place in Courtnacuddy Church on Sunday, July 9, from 3 p.m. to 4 p.m. The Holy Hour will take place every second Sunday of each month.
ROSARY: The Fatima Rosary takes place in Davidstown Church on 13 of each month at 3 p.m. Every first Saturday morning there is a rosary hour in Courtnacuddy church from 9 a.m. to 10 a.m. In Davidstown the rosary will be said before all masses. All are welcome to come along and take part. VINTAGE DAY
The Courtnacuddy Vintage Day takes place on Sunday, June 25, at 1.30 p.m. at the parish grounds in Courtnacuddy. YOUTH CLUB
Unfortunately due to unforeseen circumstances, we are regrettably unable to run with our youth club fundraiser night for the all-Ireland’s ‘let the youth entertain you’ we would like to thank everyone who supported us and bought tickets and anyone who would like a refund of their tickets can contact Anne 087 6230024 or John 087 2807681 or your ticket can be entered into a draw to win one of our spot prizes. We apologise for any inconvenience caused.
However, we are holding a movie night in Courtnacuddy community centre on June 17. Juniors 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. at €3 each, ages five years – 12/13 years and seniors from 9 p.m. to 11 p.m. at €4 each, ages first yrs up. Open to all family and friends including non – members. We look forward to seeing everyone there. PATRON
The patron takes place in Davidstown on Saturday, August 5, at 6.30 p.m. which will be followed by the Field Evening.

The Junior Entrepreneur fourth, fifth and sixth classes have created a booklet about Courtnacuddy. It includes a lot of information about the locality. If interested, booklets are on sale in local shops or by ordering them from school. Contact Gillian Delaney at 053 9244284. Booklets are €10 each.

PUB TALENT SHOW
There is a pub talent show on Friday, June 30, in the Millennium Bar, Davidstown. Hosted by Bill and Joan Nolan in conjunction with the parents’ association National School. This should prove to be a great night of entertainment, show casing local talent. Tickets are five euro each and will be on sale shortly from members of the parents’ association and the School with a great prize of a weekend away up for grabs. All support would be greatly appreciated with all proceeds going towards Davidstown National School Funds.
