SOME more of the NWSPCA’s guests found fabulous new homes and we are delighted for them and their new families. The work continues though and we have several more guests looking for forever homes. Here we highlight three cats and five doggies. Could you provide a loving home for one of our guests? Our number is 087 6392531.

In the cattery, Petal is a threeyear-old ginger girl. She came in to us as a pregnant stray and went on to have two beautiful kittens. Her babies have found new homes and now its Petal’s turn. She has been vaccinated and neutered.

Lana is a lovely black and white girl who is approx one to two years old. She is a friendly girl who had a litter of three lovely kittens a few weeks ago, who have all found new homes, so Lana would love to find a home of her own now. She has been spayed, vaccinated and micro-chipped.

Shadow, the aptly named black cat, is about four years old. He is a little bit shy but quite friendly. He needs some TLC to bring him out of his shell. Shadow is neutered and vaccinated.

In the kennels, Poppy is a very sweet natured Harrier Beagle. She is curious about everything that goes on around her. She needs an energetic new family who will take her on long walks and who will include her in everyday life. She is spayed, vaccinated and micro-chipped.

Polly is a lovely and friendly JRT who would love to have your company. She is approximately 2-3 years old and just loves her cuddles. She has been spayed, vaccinated, micro-chipped and treated for kennel cough.

Meet Dickie. She is a little seven month old terrier cross. She is quite small and she is house trained (mostly) and is great with children. She is vaccinated, spayed and microchipped.

Meet Boss. He is a little seven month old terrier cross. He was the biggest in his litter although he doesn’t know it. He is house trained (mostly) and is great with children. Boss will need to be lead trained and will also need some work on his house training.

Kevin is a young wire haired terrier who came to the society a while ago. He was found in a skip and was very under the weather. He was suffering with eye infections and needed surgery to repair his cruciate ligament. He has been nursed back to good health and is now ready for a new home. He will need a totally escape proof garden to start with. He loves other dogs and children too. He is a little over fond of cats and will give chase. He is neutered, vaccinated, micro-chipped, treated against kennel cough, wormed, treated against fleas and had his cruciate repaired successfully. If you have a Kevin sized space in your life, please call us.

If you can offer any of our residents a loving home please contact 087 6392531 or email nwspca@hotmail.com. If you are interested in helping the NWSPCA we need volunteer dog walkers, cat carers, shop workers, fosterers and general fundraisers, especially during the busy summer months. Your help would be greatly appreciated. Contact us via Facebook or on the number above.
