OPEN AIR THEATRE AT WELLS

Open-air theatre with Princess Fiddlestic­ks and Lord Dweeb at Wells House and Gardens runs at 1 p.m., 2 p.m., 3 p.m., and 4 p.m.

CAROREIGH FIELD DAY

The annual Caroreigh field day, in aid of parochial funds, starts at 1.30 p.m. with the very popular fancy dress and vintage parade.

COUNTY MUSIC FESTIVAL

The South East Country Music Festival takes place in Killag Showground­s, starting at 1 p.m. with continuous music right up to 7 p.m. The artists are as follows: Lee Matthews, Mike Denver, Jimmy Buckley, Cliona Hagan and Nathan Carter.

AFTERNOON TEA

Afternoon Tea on behalf of The

Rasper Players in Gorey Rugby Club at 2 p.m. Entry by tickets only – available at Halfords Hair Studio in Gorey.

BUDDY HOLLY STORY

Buddy, The Buddy Holly Story, in the Presentati­on Centre, Enniscorth­y, at 8 p.m. Tickets are €15 and available from the Presentati­on Centre at 053 9233000, or Wexford Arts Centre at 053 9123764.

THE ROCK FIELD DAY

The Rock Field Day starts at the parish hall at 2 p.m. Fun for all the family including wheel of fortune, cake stall, barbecue, and races.

SUMMER FESTIVAL

The summer festival at Ár mBreacha House of Story, Raheen, Ballyduff, Camolin, features the play ‘A Clash of Wills’ by Phil Carton, performed by the Ár mBreacha Players, from 2 p.m. Admission, €5 for adults. Children free. Also featuring bread making, set dancing, music, road races for children, and a barbecue.

CLOLOGUE PATRON AND FIELD DAY

Prayers at Ballymore at 1.15 p.m. Clologue Mass at 2 p.m. followed by field day at the school.
