A special mention to Dave to compliment him on his amazing ice-sculpture in the lobby to welcome us all on arrival. The dancing continued into the late hours - seventies disco music played by Ronnie Bent; the first time ever the dance floor was not big enough in Rosslare Golf Club!

Our weekly open competitions continued on Wednesday, with lovely sunny seasonal weather. Ten people played. Anne Kelly (18) won with a score of 34 points. Well done Anne!

Well done to Ruth Deeny on winning the Pro-Am team slot for Saturday, September 9, in aid of St. Patrick’s Special Needs School (new school project) and Wexford Hospice Homecare, which was donated by members Billy and Penny Gleeson, Castle Knits, Dublin.
