GAA CLUB NEWS

Wins for the adult footballer­s in championsh­ip, with the B team beating Crossabeg 1-11 to 2-6 and the A team beating Duffry Rovers 3-11 to 2-8. Next Saturday in Oylegate it is the turn of the hurlers with the B team playing Fethard at 6 p.m. followed by the A team v Monageer at 7.30 p.m. The ladies are busy too with Gusserane on Tuesday in Kilanerin at 8 p.m. and another game on Thursday, also in Kilanerin. Wednesday the 19th has the boys under-18 Hurling v Blackwater in the Rock at 7.30 p.m., while the girls under-14 f/b play St James away in the quarter final. Saturday the 22nd at 5 p.m. has the boys under-14 hurlers playing Davidstown in the Rock at 5 p.m. Monday the 24th has the under-13 boys f/b v Starlights in Kilanerin at 6.30 followed by the under-16 boys v Sarsfields at 7.30 p.m.

Every team from under-six up are playing games these weeks, so please keep in touch with your coaches.

Where possible, please park on the road area while the constructi­on work is going on at the clubhouse.
