AT the NWSPCA, we are surprised that some of our furry four-legged doggie friends are still with us. These lovable dotes would love to have a new family to call their own. We have three kitty cats looking for loving homes too. Could you provide a home for one of our guests?

In the cattery, we have two little kittens and a one-yearold mammy cat looking for new homes. Munch approx 10 weeks. This little chap’s weepy eyes are being treated and are improving steadily.

Rik is a little tabby male kitten approx 6 to 7 weeks old. He was a little bit scared when he arrived, but coming on well in his foster home. Silky is a young cat, just over a year old. Not only did Silky have six kittens of her own but once they went off to new homes she fostered four orphan kittens. Now it’s time for her to be spoilt and find a loving home. She is spayed and microchipped.

In the kennels, Kevin is a young wire-haired terrier who came to the society a while ago. He has been through a lot in his young life so far and would dearly love to find a family to call his own. He loves other dogs and children too. He is a little over fond of cats and will give chase. He is neutered, vaccinated, micro-chipped, treated against kennel cough, wormed, treated against fleas. If you have a Kevin sized space in your life, please call us.

Lucy is just one and a half years old and is looking for her forever home. Her family recently moved abroad and, unfortunately, she could not travel with them. Lucy is a Collie Husky cross dog. She has been spayed, vaccinated and microchipped. Lucy gets along great with the children in her foster family and their dogs too.

Wilma is a sweet young 7 months old Staffie cross puppy. She is a gentle girl who loves a good cuddle and comes in a small little bundle. She is vaccinated and microchipped.

Twix is a gentle twoyear-old lurcher boy who is vaccinated, micro-chipped and has his passport ready if he needs to travel. This chap would really benefit from having a loving home to care for him.

If you can offer any of our guests a loving home, please contact us at 087 6392531 or email us on nwspca@hotmail. com. If you are interested in helping the NWSPCA we need volunteer dog walkers, cat carers, shop workers, fosterers and general fundraisers, especially during the busy summer months. Your help would be greatly appreciated. Contact us via Facebook or on the number above.
