Tips for a quicker sale
There are a couple of key factors which help achieve a quicker property sale.
1. Pricing: Correct pricing at the time of going to the market is so important as overpricing slows the process resulting in price reductions later and possible relisting of the property. However correct pricing results in more enquiries, more viewings, more offers and a quicker and better result that is sometimes over the asking price.
2. Home presentation: There is no secret to the property market. Homes that are best presented sell quicker and for more money than homes that are not well presented. Presentation applies to both inside and outside of the property.
3.
