Enniscorthy Credit Union welcomes 2017 CXi Customer Experience Report

-

ENNISCORTHY Credit Union is delighted with the 2017 CXi Ireland Customer Experience Report showing that credit unions have once again come 1st in the national league table for customer experience. This is the 3rd consecutive year that credit unions have been voted number one for customer experience in Ireland.

Once again this year, credit unions scored highly for integrity, empathy and for their highly committed staff, many of whom are volunteers. Another element in this success with customers is that credit unions are deeply embedded in the local communities that they serve. According to the CXi, credit unions are ‘a perfect example of a company that genuinely cares about its customers.’

Commenting on the news. Liz Cullen, Manager of Enniscorthy Credit Union said “Our members are our number one priority and we endeavour at all times to deliver the highest possible standard of service for them. It is this steadfast commitment to personalised care that has always, and will always, direct us when we make decisions for the future.”

As we all know, Credit unions are different from other financial institutions, not just because we are not-for-profit, but because decisions are made at a local level, allowing the flexibility to provide services that are tailored to our members’ individual needs. Our members have rewarded us with their loyalty and because of this, Enniscorthy Credit Union has grown and strengthened to become a cornerstone of our community.”

With International Credit Union Day being celebrated around the world this Thursday, 19th October, Liz invites our members to call in to our coffee morning in Enniscorthy, Taghmon & Murrrintown offices and encouraged everyone to take part in our celebrations including a free draw for members and a colouring competition.
