KILLENAGH MEETING

There will be a Killenagh community meeting on Wednesday, November 1, in O’Brien’s pub at 8 p.m. The main topic will be the implementa­tion of a text alert system in the area and there will be a speaker from Muintin na Tire to address the group.

Blotto Draw - There was no jackpot winner in last week’s Ballygarre­tt Réalt na Mara GAA Club blotto draw. The numbers picked were 7, 9, 21 and 24.The €20 lucky-dip winners were Carmel King, Geraldine Doyle, Lisa & Shane Smyth, Stephen Redmond and Ray Corcoran. The five free tickets winner was Declan Dunbar. This week’s jackpot rose to €12,900.

BRIDGE CLUB

The AGM for Riverchape­l Community Complex will takes place on Wednesday, October 18, at the Taravie Hotel at 8 p.m. All are welcome on the night.
