COFFEE MORNING
Kilmuckridge Family Resource Centre are holding their Christmas coffee morning on Friday, December 15, from 10 a.m. to midday. Admission €3. Door prizes/Raffle prizes. There will be a special guest arriving with gifts for all. Everyone welcome. For more information phone 053 9130393.
PLAYGROUND FUNDRAISERS
The 60 Second Trolley Dash takes place on December 23 at Hammel’s Centra, Kilmuckridge Tickets on sale outside the shop on December 16 and 23. €2 per line or three lines for €5.
There will be a New Year’s Eve Party in the Upton Court Hotel, Kilmuckridge, music by Theresa and the Stars followed by DJ and late Bar. Tickets €20 including Buffet food and complimentary drink at midnight. Door prize is a Midweek break to Kilkenny’s Ormonde Hotel. Tickets are on sale from committee members or from Hammel’s Centra.

On December 4 winning numbers in the St Mary’s Church lotto in association with St Joseph’s Soccer Club were 15, 17, 19 and 28. No jackpot winner. BUFFERS ALLEY GAA
Poker Classic – This year’s Poker Classic will take place Wednesday, December 27, at 8 p.m. in the Buffers Alley Clubhouse. Tickets, €20, are now on sale from club members and can also be purchased at the door on the night. Refreshments will be served and the bar will be running promotions for the players on the night. The Door Prize is being kindly sponsored by Hammell’s Centra Kilmuckridge.
SONGBOOK LAUNCH
The launch of the songbook and DVD ‘Songs of Kilmuckridge (and beyond...)’ will now take place at 7.30 p.m. on Saturday, December 16, in Joe and Bridie Hammel’s Lounge, Kilmuckridge. CALENDAR
The annual Tidy Towns Calendar is on sale in shops in the village. The calendar features photo competition entries from the exhibition held during Easter in the KMH All proceeds from the sale of the calendar will go towards Kilmuckridge Tidy Towns, who will endeavour to keep our village beautiful.
PARENT/BABY/TODDLER
The group meets on Tuesday morning from 10 a.m. to 12.30 p.m. at St Joseph’s National School in the first pre-fab beside the black gate. Hope to see you all for coffee and chats its €3 per family.
