How it Works: On Sunday, January 7, You can join any team of your choosing at our opening event, a community walk at the Craanford Community Pitch, Walking Track. You can also join your team by contacting the leader of your area directly.

Our Leaders Group will encourage their teams to get out, attend events of other teams and get active.

The EXACT same team members who weigh-in on week one will weigh-out on the final week. (Teams can accept additional members at any point, however weighing must remain same people) The team that loses the greatest % of weight will gain most points.

Each week there will be an activity free OF CHARGE for all teams and their leaders to take part in together. (e.g. walking/ beach jogging etc. etc)

At the discretion of the Leaders Group, this will change in location and night of the week, and will be broadcast through Social Media and by the leaders weekly to their teams.

Teams raise money by each member filling out sponsorship forms and the team hosting one event throughout the program, this can be any event of their choosing. The team that raises the most money overall gains the most points.

The final event of the Program will be a 5KM road race (flat) The First team Home with 10 members across the line gains most points. The team with the greatest number of points wins Operation TransFORDmation 2018.
