2018 has certainly kicked off very lively indeed with a huge amount of enquiries, new instructions and lots of property viewings on existing stock. The phone just hasn’t stopped which is very encouraging and it seems there isn’t enough hours in the day. Even Saturdays are booked solid with appointments. Its all very exciting compared to a couple of years ago and THIS dwelling, which was constructed in 2008 is an imaginative and classic design by local architect Ray Kelly who has created an elegant family home to be enjoyed to the full. It is high spec. and full of features and character in a breath-taking layout that allows lots of natural I’m very encouraged by the number of mortgages being approved helping the 1st time buyers get a foothold on the property ladder. There is a huge demand for property especially in the town and surrounding areas and as a result our database of buyers has grown significantly. There is a demand for good 3 and 4 bed homes as well as property in need of renovation which are usually snapped up by the cash buyer. We have quite a few enquiries for bungalows in all areas as they suit both the young and the older purchaser.
