2018 has certainly kicked off very lively indeed with a huge amount of enquiries, new instructio­ns and lots of property viewings on existing stock. The phone just hasn’t stopped which is very encouragin­g and it seems there isn’t enough hours in the day. Even Saturdays are booked solid with appointmen­ts. There is a huge demand for property especially in the town and surroundin­g areas and as a result our database of buyers has grown significan­tly. There is a demand for good 3 and 4 bed homes as well as property in need of renovation which are usually snapped up by the cash buyer.
