CLOUGHBAWN GAA
The grand finale of Cloughbawn Centenary Ambassador Campaign was held on Saturday the third Feburary.
Well done to the five contestants who took part, Harry Kehoe, Mark Codd, Pat Creane Norma Doyle and Paul Carton. The club wishes to thank each and every one who supported all the fundraising events, and to thank all who helped each participant along the way.
Congratulations and well done to Paul Carton, who was the overall winner of the Campaign.
This year, Cloughbawn GAA Club, will celebrate 100 proud years of history. Paul will now to be our Ambassador during the Centenary celebrations. Registration and membership There will be several registration nights held over the coming months, to enable everyone to register and pay their membership for the coming year, details of registration nights will be available shortly, updates also on our Facebook page.

Clonroche Development split-the-pot the winner of split-the-pot drawn in the Cloch Ban was Mary Mahon Rathnure, the pot was €244, remember 80% stays local and a winner each week.
COFFEE MORNING THANKS
Brigid and Jackie would like to thank everyone who supported, donated and helped out with the coffee morning. €370 was raised for Dyslexia Ireland on the day.
COMMUNITY GAMES
Anyone interested in Community Games under-eight-16 Art, under-10 to -16 Model Making and under-10/under-12 Handwriting, under-14 Quiz, under-nine to -15 Gymnastics, under-eight to -16 Swimming are asked to contact Clare at 087 4151350 before Friday, February 16. There will be art, model making and handwriting local trials in Bree Hall at 11 a.m. on Saturday, February 17, and there will be under-10 to under-14 Quiz Trials on the same evening in Bree Hall at 8 p.m.
County Finals for the art, Model Making and Handwriting are on March 12 and Co Swimming Finals are on March 27.
