Land in Creagh for sale by auction

A total of 37 acres of land at Creagh, Gorey will be for sale by public auction.

The site comes in two lots and the auction will take place on Friday, March 23, at 3 p.m., in the Loch Garman Arms, Gorey.

Denis Howell of Warren Estates Ltd said the guide price is €18,000 per acre. ‘We have received a lot of enquiries so far,’ added Denis.

The first site comprises of 34 acres and is located less than a kilometre from Gorey town with extensive road frontage to the Hollyfort and Creagh roads, and also on the northern boundary a minor road, which links the two main roads.

The second is 3 acres and has good road frontage onto the Hollyfort road. Given its prominent and elevated location close to the town, the land could have some development potential.
