Driving ban

MARTIN Codd (66) from Corrigeen, Rathnure was banned from driving for two years as a motor insurance prosecution was dealt with in his absence at the District Court in Wexford.

The judge was told that the accused was pulled up at The Quay in New Ross in February of last year.

The result was fines of €750 for no insurance and €200 each for driving licence, NCT, motor tax and bald tyre offences.
