The gym boasts a wide variety of cardio equipment as well as weight training machines and free weights geared for both the beginner as well as the more advanced exercise fanatic. Spinning Classes are also available and are FREE to Members!

Group and Private swimming classes are available for adults and children and non-members are welcome. The pool is heated to 31 degrees, so a comfortable, safe and fun environment is guaranteed along with the assurance that your children are coached by experienced, fully qualified instructors.
