Did not wear seat belt

FAILURE to wear a seat belt while on the road in Gorey earned Piotr Szyperski (36) of 33 Woodlands Drive, Gorey, a fine of €80.

The offence was noted at Arklow Road on February 27 last year when he was passenger in a Volkswagen Golf.

The conviction was handed down by Judge John Cheatle at the District Court.
