Man’s case adjourned
A CLONARD man had his case adjourned until July when he appeared before Judge John Cheatle at last Wednesday’s sitting of Enniscorthy District Court.
Paul Bergin (28), 97 Clonard Village, Clonard, was charged with driving without insurance and a driving licence at Railway Square, Enniscorthy. He was further charged with the unlawful possession of drugs at Enniscorthy Garda Station. Both offences are alleged to have occurred on November 3, 2017. Acting for Bergin, solicitor David Tarrant looked for statements in the matter and Judge Cheatle granted his application adjourning the case until July 11.
