Household store Choice opens their first store in the South East at Gorey

-

A household goods store opened its doors last week to the public at Mill Retail Park in Gorey.

This was first Choice store to open in the South East, but the ninth for Ireland. As an independent Irish family owned business, they have been bringing best prices in seasonal items since 1976 and now employ more than 180 staff.

General Manager of Choice Michael Brett said Gorey was the perfect location for Choice, and they look forward to welcoming the people of Gorey and the surrounding areas to the new store.

‘A lot has changed in 40 years,’ said Mr Brett. ‘All of us are juggling busier lifestyles and packing more than ever into our time, so all Choice Stores are designed with the customer in mind, making it easier to find you favourites.’

Marketing Manager Darren Rennicks said they have just recently re-branded their stores to ‘Choice – A Home For All Seasons’.

‘We have recognised that our customers see us as the one stop shop for all their seasonal needs,’ said Mr Rennicks. ‘Whether it be accessories for the garden, back to school essentials, Halloween costumes or novelties, and of course all you need to get festive at Christmas, we have it all in our new look stores.’
