Joan Kavanagh and friends are holding a coffee morning in the Crosses, Kilmuckrid­ge on Sunday, July 15, from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m., in aid of ‘Touched by Suicide’. Admission is only three euro and there will be Door Prizes and a raffle.

There is a Charity Bingo night in the Crosses Kilmuckrid­ge every Thursday at 8.30 p.m. Next Bingo is for Tidy Towns on Thursday, July 12 – jackpot €390. Free raffle.

SUMMER CAMPS

Summer camps will take place at Kilmuckrid­ge Family Resource Centre from Monday, July 2, to Friday, July 6, and Monday, July 9, to Friday, July 13. Time: 9.30 a.m. to 1.30 p.m. Age: 4-10 years. Cost: €6 per day to be paid when booking.

TIDY TOWNS

Tidy Towns have commences their weekly clean-up on Tuesdays, meeting at Londis car park at 7 p.m., continuing every Tuesday throughout the summer months.

Judging will commence shortly for the annual SuperValu Tidy Towns competitio­n. This annual event is organised by the Department of Rural and Community Developmen­t and is sponsored by SuperValu. This year marks the 60th anniversar­y of the competitio­n. We ask people to please help us by picking up any litter that they may find and placing it in the bins provided throughout the village. Volunteers needed especially during the busy summer months. All help gratefully received.

Our Bingo night for the Tidy Towns is on Thursday, July 12.

SWIM WEEK

Swim Week at Tinnaberna, Kilmuckrid­ge is from Monday, July 23, to Saturday, July 30. Enrolment on Sunday, July 22, in the KMH from 10 a.m. to midday.

BRIDGE CLUB

Come play Bridge in Seán Óg’s Kilmuckrid­ge Bridge Club at the Upton Court Hotel, Kilmuckrid­ge on Monday evening at 7 p.m. Partner required. Also Thursday Morning 10 a.m.. No Partner required.
